snacks snacks and more snacks

Because of his high metabolism, David requires frequent snacks.  We do fresh fruit, canned fruit and baked goods.  The baked goods are more reward snacks than regular snacks. The dog was munching on a snack today.  Turns out he is getting his treats from David’s room.  Sure enough he had a whole box of Little Debbie Cosmic Brownies hidden in his room.  Grrrr… We don’t withhold food, rather we make every effort to ensure that he asks for permission, and that he doesn’t take them into his bedroom.  The only time he is denied a snack is right before meals. Recommendations?  We do lock our cupboards, but this cupboard is 6 feet off of the floor.   Tweet #fighting4answrs
