go go Gadgets, off to the races, get your motor running

Well, our David is going, going, gone… he has been running around all morning.  Still going, trying to get him to settle down. Meds are not working just now.  So gave him his lunch medicine and some lunch, we will see what the afternoon brings. When he can’t get settled, it makes homework impossible.  Well heck, it makes everything just about impossible.  I couldn’t even get him to settle long enough to sit down at the table for lunch.  So he stood and danced during his lunch. I wish that I could bottle even 1% of his energy level.  I would never again be exhausted from my Lupus or Fibromyalgia.  I would never again feel like a sluggard who is lazy because my medicine isn’t working. His attention deficit, hyperactivity disorder, ADHD, is a powerful motivator for anyone to want to excel.  But it also is hugely limiting in that

a most magical, amazing day and other stuff

Today was incredible.  Limited arguments from the youngest. By limited, I mean less than 5.  Very nice day. Spent some time working on household chores, dishes and what not.  Laundry can wait a day.  Seems like it never ends anyway. Setup my sewing area in the living room.  While it would be nice to have a separate area, it will do. Wrote an article about Least Restrictive Environments.    Worked on some other aspects of the site, namely stats and determining who, when and how long each visit was.  What seem to be the more popular postings?  the jury is still out, but the lead is in for the post about “Toddlers and Tiaras“.
