The end of humanitarian space? – CNN.com.

an important piece.  when those who are in an area to help others, and then taken hostage or killed, so much is lost, not to mention the life of the victim.

so what can be done about it?

Is it time for the United States to became isolationist, and forgo providing any aide to the rest of the world?
