a new school year – for David too

Posted on August 22, 2012 by carl

well, after being largely awake the last two and a half days, the kids start school today.  Even David.  Yesterday we got a call from the Superintendent indicating that if we got all of the paperwork in, David could start the day school program at the residential facility that we applied to for long term placement.

So the school district hired a driver.  It is almost 60 miles one way to the school. The Superintendent is even riding along this first day.

I told my wife that after I catch up on my sleep, I will get busy on my projects.  First is a website for Family Voices of North Dakota. I have to get that done.  Plus I have some stuff to do around the house.  But first, a little rest.

Cheers!
