ND House funds new Governor residence while decimating funding for health and human services

So the ND House, has gutted the budget allowing for expanded care for our mentally ill, including kids with Autism. Yet.  It is okay to spend 5 million dollars on a new home for the Governor? http://www.kxnet.com/story/28792047/house-endorses-new-5m-residence-for-north-dakota-governor something is wrong with this picture. Please, come the next election, let’s hold these people accountable.
